There has been a lot of renewed discussion on various news platforms about the origins of the SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) virus. The discussions are around a rather dramatic shift in perspective. One year ago, perhaps a little more, most of the talks were discounting the possibility the SARS-COV-2 virus was not a product of nature. Now the discussions seriously consider the possibility. What has changed? Apparently, it all can be traced back to comments from the ever-changing positions of Dr. Anthony Fauci. Some three weeks ago, he made a statement indicating he was no longer convinced the virus was a product of nature. This opened the door, and now news outlets everywhere are digging for information to determine what may have led to his change in position.
For a discussion of Dr. Fauci's position over time, see Newsweek. In May of last year, Dr. Fauci categorically stated there was no evidence for a lab-developed virus. At this same time last year, the intelligence community was making similar statements.
What was I saying back then? Let's take a look. My very first post on SARS-COV-2 was on March 12, 2020. On April 15, 2020, I posted a video on the origins of SARS-COV-2 with my thoughts on the same. The video was later taken down, but I have since updated the video link, so it may still be viewed. Over the next couple of months, I wrote several articles covering different aspects of SARS-COV-2, ranging from the data analysis, statistics, government reaction, lockdowns, bailouts in the form of PPP Loans and Stimulus checks, and the origins. One of the most controversial discussions in the media during that time came in the form of a video called "Plandemic," which I highlighted in my article "Exposing the Hypocrisy of COVID-19." The video's premise is that there is more behind SARS-COV-2 than meets the eye and its origins occurred in a lab.
Now, a year later, the media, many scientists, and doctors are coming to some of the same conclusions as doctors and scientists whose voices were silenced by the media back then.
This begs the question, what role is the media playing in shaping political discourse in this country and why? The only logical answer is they support a left-wing, liberal agenda and will do everything to move it forward. Including lying, twisting the facts, and, when necessary, completely obscuring the facts.
